About Spruce Property Care
Spruce Property Care is dedicated to serving the residents of Acton, Maine, and surrounding towns. Owned and operated by Paul Johnson, we're a family-owned business. Paul has been serving Acton residents since 2008 when he first built his home on family land. Paul quickly took root in this small Maine community and fell in love with everything about it. He learned that Acton is where one's dreams can be lived out at just the right pace. Paul has been in the landscaping and property care business since a very young age which prompted him to share his skills with Acton homeowners by starting Spruce Property Care. We can provide the services to get the job done right or point you in the right local direction. In the Summer months, we maintain and even increase your property value through developing a healthy lawn and other various projects however in the Winter our focus shifts to providing you with a safe means of accessing your property and community. We strive to provide you with easy living, peace of mind, and more free time. Spruce Property Care is your neighbor standing by ready to serve you. We can't wait to meet you.
What We Do
Spruce Property Care offers snow removal services, lawn maintenance, and seasonal Fall & Spring property cleanups to homeowners in Acton, ME. We offer additional services to our annual clients ranging from interior work such as tiling to outdoor projects such as garden installations, bush hogging, small tree removal, shed foundations, stump grinding, and more.
